We enjoyed eating at Outback. The motif is pleasurable, the food is great, with steaks cooked exactly as ordered. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are about what you expect for a steakhouse. My only complaint with Outback is that they are not open for lunch. They are a dinner only restaurant.
