irst time trying this place out. First off, while trying to order, the woman would answer every call and take orders before finishing taking the order from the person standing in front of her - me. She seriously never learned the words "please hold." Next, the food sucks, plain and simple. The sweet and sour sauce is literally watered down so much that even when cooled down completely, is still like water. We literally had to make our own S&S sauce at home to even try this. The chicken and pork were both waaay overcooked and seriously dry. The rice was just white rice with an egg mixed in - almost no flavor at all. Crab rangoons had zero crab. Every single food item was a pre-packaged item, except the blah rice. I can only assume that those leaving positive reviews have never had chinese food before.
As the service was horrible, the food horrible, and we paid WAY more than we should have for this slop, We will NEVER return here, and will tell any friends that want chinese food to avoid this place at all costs.

Love this place they are a family owned and run business sorry to all crybabys that think their service is not up to your standards but they work hard most of you wouldn’t know what it takes to do what they do and I appreciate that the food is great price’s are beyond great

Very poor service can't even answer the phone to take orders was in there watching cause it wasn't going through they were just standing around... when asked about the phone they said they were to busy...

Don't care for Chinese food but this place Rocks, we drive 20 miles just to get this, Panda sucks and there are plenty here in the heights

I love this place, portions are a good and prices are reasonable. Beef fried rice is my favorite! :)

Called in order then had to sit and wait 20 minutes. I'm a regular extremely poor service. Will not return, the state no wait and cannot judge Time how sad

Never had a bad experience here. The food is fresh and delish! The price is also unbeatable compared to these other poor quality Chinese restaurants. For cheap more authentic food I definitely recommend. We can hardly stay away!

We went and they didn't put no sauce on the sweet and sour chicken ....in the beef meals there was hardly any beef... There fried rice taste plain...also I bought 3 meals today each come with a sweet and sour sauce or "should" but she only wanted to give me 2 and then tell me to pay for the 3rd one...are you kidding! Then they act like they don't know English when you tell them! Won't be going back I strongly suggest not going there! Go to chens instead much better and better service!

This place ROCKS! Discovered it when they first opened and still can't get enough! The spicy really is spicy! Recommend the Kung Bao Beef and potstickers

The best little hidden chinese restaurant on the Westside of town. Food is always fresh and made to order right in front of you, portions are huge for the pricing. Once you discover this little place, you'll be craving it and wanting more. Each time I go by or visit, there are more and more customers so obviously it has been discovered. The dining room has been full and the phone has been ringing off the hook for call in orders. $4.25 will buy you a generous teriyaki chicken plate or $6.95 will get you a huge orange chicken plate with soup and egg roll and you'll hardly be able to eat all they serve. I would highly recommend this place. Give it a try. I'm sure you'll agree.
