Such amazing pizza ... They totally knocked it out of the park , it was amazing pizza and the customer service was excellent. So happy Grandson of the original owner reopened it.Please keep it going for us !!! You did an Amazing job!!!

I've been going to this pizzeria since I was 15 and now I'm 71 and have never had a problem until last night. We arrived a the palace around 4:45 PM and put our order in at 5:00 PM and at 5:30 we asked what happened to our pie and was told it was ready to come out of the oven. At 5:40 we asked again and was told the same thing. No w I'm getting a little distraught as we've seen people come and order get there pie eat it and leave. Finally at 6:05 PM our pie showed up. I talked to the gentleman at the check out and he made nothing of it only to say I'm sorry, not even offering to reduce the price or comp the drinks. Very unprofessionally run organization. The person checking out should be left go. After 50+ years it's going to be quite sometime before I return.
