I do not agree with the other reviews. Altho it has been a while since I was there, I loved it. I had crab legs which were fresh and very good. The bar was fully stocked with a nice selection. Plenty of pizza and dessert. My family ate off the bar and liked it a lot. The service was good and there was entertainment. We went on a friday night, I think.
I want to go again and we are planning on it . I hate to hear the bad review's but maybe it has changed since we were there. Anyway, we liked everything and it was clean. I am speaking of the last time we were there which was a few months ago. I hope it is as good next time.

Big Ben's never measured up to the old Pizza Pro. Ben Sr. had an awesome personality and his friendliness is what made Pizza Pro great. As he retired when the old Pizza Pro closed up the new Big Ben's run by Ben Jr. did not have the warmth of the old place.

Last time the pizza was very good. We got the pizza with everything tonight and it's awful. Thinking about driving back and returning it.

Went to take my sister out for her birthday and when we arrived we should have left then. I had been there before and the food was fair. I would have given it a better rating had I not went back the second time. We had the Buffett and went to look at what was there and was shocked at the quality of food that was at the bar. Everything was old and looked like it had been there all day. The fish was nasty and the shrimp was cold. Veggies taste like they were cooked in dirty dishwater and the salad bar looked like a food fight had taken place in it. There was no desert and nothing there to make a salad from that didn't look like it was swept from the floor. Absolutely Nasty and was not worth the effort to drive there at all. Would I recommend it ...shucks no. Will I go back ? Let's just say I feed my dogs better then this. I had to give it one star but there was not any other options to choose from. Go at your own risk and don't say you was not warned. I have owned a resteraunt and know what quality food is and that is not it.

Ordered take out. Everything was good except got the catfish. It was nasty. Thought is was the batter, maybe old or used cooking oil, so peeled it off and it was the fish. Won't ever eat this again as this is the second time in a row. Maybe the fish was raised in a third country and imported. Tasted like use motor oil. Very bad and won't eat this stuff again. Beware!

I have never been inside to eat but I order delivery very often ....I am very picky about my pizza and in my opinion it is the best thin crust around. I love the garlic taste.

We went to Big Ben's at 5:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, for the pizza buffet. When we arrived, the parking lot was completely empty. We should have taken that as a sign to leave, but we went in. The employees were sitting behind the cash register area, and looked surprised that they actually had customers. Even though I had called, and the young man said the buffet started at 4:30, there was no pizza ready. The good thing about that was we got to order what we wanted, so we got hot, fresh pizza. We thought the pizza was pretty good. The salad bar needed attention (such as a shred of cheese floating in the olives). Service was average. Game room was what we really went for, but it is only open Monday through Sunday. If you want some pizza, I advise ordering take out. I would not eat in this restaurant again.

If you like grease--- this is the place for you. Food was terrible. This establishment should be ashamed to charge the prices they charge for the food they serve. Don't see how they will stay in business. Forced to give one star since no zero or negative numbers available. Never will eat here again.

My son took me to Big Bens on fathers day. I was not impressed. The restaraunt was dirty. The floors were very sticky. I asked a waitress if someone would bus a table so we could sit down. The waitress was not very friendly and told me they would bus as soon as they could get to it. Finally a young man came over and proceeded to pick up one dish at a time and in slow motion began clearing a table. After we seen it was going to take another 30 min we proceeded to another area of the restaraunt. The waitress there was nice. The food was average. The staff seemed to be in no hurry to replenish empty pans. I may or may not be back.
