Have eaten there several times. Best catfish around, plentiful servings, delicious cole slaw and hush puppies. We love their green tomato relish. Friendly attentive staff that goes the extra mile. Do not understand the negative remarks I’ve read! Try it, you’ll love it. Oh and the best crunchy fried shrimp I’ve ever eaten!

We've eaten here many many times over the years and almost always the same experience. Food is often great, sometimes mediocre (nobody's perfect, right?) but the one thing that is consistent is the staff is not friendly. Maybe if they know you personally they might be but not once has anyone been what I would call 'nice' or 'friendly' to us so most of the time if we get Catfish John's we just get takeout rather than be treated rudely. The only reason we go back is because the catfish is usually pretty good so when you want catfish, that's the go-to place in Rogers. We certainly don't go back because they treated us nicely, they haven't done that yet. I remember when the place first opened, that fella would greet people and go from table to table, big smile and make people feel welcomed, that is not how it is anymore, at least not that we've experienced. If there were a better place to go for catfish, I reckon that's where we'd go.

At one time it was the best .... but over time is gone down hill
food terrible, service poor and slow and there attitude is as
if you are bothering them when you come into dine.
Wont be back thats for sure, too bad for years prior

I got put on hold for 40 mins. Then when I fianlly get through, a man named John gets on the phone and says all I can say is SORRY?? Really then he hung up in my face!!

called in and ordered a 21pc meal, got my food and there were only 14pcs in there, when I tried to get my other 7pcs they said that it was not there problem and that they did not beleive me
