Must respond to the negative review. Perhaps the person posting that review tried Bella Italia when the owner was going through some very trying family issues as his wife was critically ill. But, I can attest that, if you want authentic Italian cuisine, Bella Italia is the only place to dine in Ft. Smith. Delicious !

It pains me to write this review, however a review like this may have saved me a wasted trip to this restaurant. We went to Bella Italia at 5:00 when the place was supposed to be open. No one was there! After 15 minutes a man showed-up saying he was coming from another job. He opened the front door and we walked into a room that must have been 100 degrees. We left, disappointed. This place needs to get-it-together.
