Not sure what all the buzz is. Yes I fully agree that some of the tapas where excellent but other just OK. Its like a factory with little attention to detail and personal service. Our waiter brought our bread 1 hour into dinner just before we received our last plate. The wine was excellent but I got the bottom of the bottle and could only drink half of my glass due to sediment. The restaurant is very loud and not necessarily cozy nor can one enjoy the music. For me dinner is more than just 'food', it's lot more and Curate seems to have become a factory. We also often dine at Zambra and in my opinion, they can easily compete with Curate.
