Best ribeye ever! Don't know if it's possible to be more thankful that Mr Chef at HCK chose DS, because those Chipotle Fried Grits are a dream. A good one. I love a good ribeye and, impressively, mine was grilled exactly like I wanted and enhanced by Mr Chef's love of "Nawlins" (New Orleans). How much better can it get? Grilled chicken salad with distinctive dressing, and memorable caesar dressing recipe, and happy staff, and comfortable casual atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Ahhh, can't wait 'til they get their beer/wine license and order their reuben. Heaven awaits.
