This is the 2nd time I have been there. Thought I'd give it another chance...wrong.... 2nd time worse than first. Went because of tv reviews originally... Cold soggy fries, too much bread on sandwiches..hard crusty meat on reuben...dirty small crowded place....maybe breakfast is better but still this place is the pitts for a pricey tab.....bad boulder choice....wished I had confronted manager....

Just moved to Boulder, I was searching for a place where I could dine outside and order a good omelette, night or day. This is it! I especially love the Greek omelette. Open 8AM to 10PM. 9 kinds of main-meal crepes, 5 kinds of omelette, 3 different eggs Benedict, and for dessert, 8 kinds of dessert crepes. My kind of place. The art on the wall is lively and so is the music. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

i used to be a foolish craig's regular when i first moved to boulder 3 years ago... i pretty much went there once a week my first year. i stopped going for no particular reason and recently tried it out again. i guess they had a lot of turn over and maybe even a new owner, i don't know but, it was my second worst dining experience other then BJ's on pearl street that i have ever had in my life. there were like 8 people behind the bar, but no one payed attention to us except to take our order and bring us our food. the waitress was depressing and we couldn't even choke down the slop they brought, it was all soggy and thinking about it right now i could honestly throw up. i went to talk to someone who claimed he was the manager and verrrry politely told him what was up. he said they had a new cook that sucked and he didn't offer to discount our meal or give us a free drink or even take the nasty food we didn't eat of the bill. ABSOLUTELY 10 THUMBS DOOOWWWWWN.

Only thing worse then the food was the service. There coke on the soda gun tastes weird at best. Good luck with that!

I hadn't been to FG's for a long time because I wasn't crazy about them when they first opened. But tonight I went in for dinner and everything we ordered was excellent!! Great flavors, great presentation, cheerful service, and the best crab cakes I've had in Boulder in all my 25 yrs. here! GO! have a good meal!!
(I had the crab cakes and spinach salad, my friends had the ahi and the tofu crepe thing. Also recommend new drink- a Mulligan-and Arnold Palmer with vodka!
