New owners took over and what a nightmare. I faxed in my order at 11:30 and advised them that I would be in at 12:20 p.m. to pick up my order. When I arrived at 12:25, my request was still sitting at the fax. (What a joke). No acknowledgment at the pickup side of the counter. Man at the cash register throws receipt and pen on the counter for me to sign. While I was waiting for my order they tried to give me something else that wasn't mine. I get back to work and still got the wrong sandwich. Had to go back and get the correct one. Never once did they acknowledge that they had mad a mistake and apologize. This kind of service really hurts the new business taking over. I told everyone here at work to watch out for the orders and that I was never going back.
The coworkers are complaining that they are getting the wrong sandwich too. Sounds like that still can't get their act straight.
A coworker ordered a chicken salad sandwich the other day and got a tuna fish sandwich. SHE ALLERGIC TO FISH!!!
