WOW!!!! WOW!! UNBELIEVABLE!! If I could I would give you -0 rating. My family and I have been ordering from COMO PIZZA since the early '90s and we have never every experienced any thing at any place like we experience from Como today 10/31/2020. We order pizzas all the time from this place and always tell the cashier to cook it light. DO not like overcook pizza. This pizza was overcooked! This happen to us twice this year. First time we were told by the cashier she will write it in the credit book and we could get another one the following day. I call for it I was told we never order the night before. I did have my recept but the deliver man told the cashier we did. Fine we did get the pizza. Tonight was a different story I was yell at after I send pictures of this pizza to the cashier. she kept stating this is not considered burned!! I told her it's to hard for us and it is burned. She became very aggressive and loud and I ask to speak with the owner. She stated she was the owner which I know was not true! I thought maybe she's a kid and needed to be trained, she corrected me right away and said no you don't know what you are talking about I am 50yrs old!!! I demand to speak with Pete and was told we are to busy for you to speak with him!!! I refused to get off the phone so she gave me Pete and he also stated this pizza is not burned but you can bring it back so we can credit you. Never mind the reason we have it delivered is because we are Elders and sometimes we do not feel like driving. I asked him can he since the deliver man back to pick it up he said NO and hung up on me! I Call him back and told him to credit my card he hung up again! I call him again and he answer but once again he hung up. WHY will you treat your customer that have been with you for over 30 yrs inhumane!!! All these year we have complained about 3 times! Order from them at least once or twice a week. Pete cannot train Melody (I think she said that was her name) because he also need training. This was disrespectful at every level! The most hideous attitudes I have ever endured! There should be zero tolerance policy on this type of behavior! They are ok taking your money but when the food not how you want it they do not want to accept your complaint. Does not matter how long you been a customer you are not allowed to COMPLAINT but ONCE! What a joke!! No establishment should speak to any customers and hung up on me the way you did today became you burn this pizza after we repeatly tell you each time we ORDER COOK LIGHT you know and I know this is utmost garbage!! You should be committed to providing impeccable customer service not just to your long term customers but to all of you customers. This type of behavior will make any business go out of business!! I see on your reviews we are not the only ones complainting. I have lots of family members that order from you and they will not like the way you have treated us!

I order chicken wings from Como's Pizza never have I ever had chicken wings like that they were hard and try a surprise or hard and burnt my chicken was never like that before I don't know what happened the date was November 11th on a Monday thank you
