XL pizza - I called this pizza place before going to find out the price of their pizza. I was told the price of $11.50 for an XL with one topping. So I took my family up for what was supposed to be a special night. We live on food stamps and need assistance after losing my job and being unemployed. So funds are extremely tight and therefore we don't normally go out to eat. But when we got there, we were told that the price I mentioned was only for carry-out, something Danny neglected to tell me on the phone. I asked if they would honor the price this one time since I was not told, and Danny said no, it was for carry-out only. The price of an XL cheese without toppings was $12.00, so we got that instead. When I left to pay, Danny asked "how everything was." I said "the food was good, but the management was horrible." He again asked "so the food was good?" I repeated, "the food was good, but the management was horrible." Danny said "I'm sorry" and continued to check me out and not care why. I told him why - that I was quoted a price on the phone that he didn't honor. He said again "I'm sorry," but did nothing except continue to ring out the charge for the $12.00 pizza. I said "you're not sorry or you'd do something to fix it." He again said, "I'm sorry." I again said, "stop saying you're sorry - you're not sorry or you'd do something to fix it and honor the price."

Bottom line. This guy could care less about making a 50 cent adjustment to keep a customer happy. When I left, I heard him yell out to one of his regular customers he knew by name "Hey so and so, how are you doing?" as if he needed to have his ego stroked knowing he just stuck it to a family. I will never return there and will tell others not to eat there as well. The service industry is no longer the service industry when they can't even make it right for the customers. Take your business somewhere else that proves they value their customers, rather than the almighty dollar.

The pizza itself was GREAT!!! I got a slice of the supreme that was in the case and the vegetables looked and tasted amazing. The meat was great and the crust was crisp to perfection from the oven bake. I can honestly say that it is the best pizza that I have ever had! My daughter got a slice of cheese and it was wonderful as well. It is so worth $3 a slice and I was absolutely stuffed after one piece! That's saying a lot because I like to eat a lot!
The only thing that I wasn't too keen on was the wait staff. There were three girls and the chef on duty. The girls were very stuck up. It was obvious that my family and I had never been there before, and the waitress didn't even offer to help be introducing us to the menu. She didn't smile while serving us. In fact, the only time that I saw any of the staff smile was when the three girls were huddled up at the register with each other. Then it was a devious smile. I would give this restaurant five stars if it weren't for that..

This place advertised a large pizza for $5.99. They were unable to make a large for pick up because they were out of boxes and told us that they would make us a medium for $5.99. Why my husband agreed to that I have no idea, but when I went to pick up they requested my coupon for the pizza. I did not feel as though I should give it to them for two reasons, 1 I was not getting the large and 2 there was a sign on the window that advertised a $5.99 large and did not specify that a coupon was required. The girl after arguing with me and telling me that she would charge me full price for the medium finally went and asked the owner who then said that it was ok. I got the food home and it was cold. The pizza was burned on the bottom and the spaghetti was off. I can't really exlain what was wrong with it but there was for sure an off taste to it and one of the two meatballs was not cooked all the way (however the cooked meatball was very good) Needless to say that I will not EVER be ordering from them again and will make sure that I tell all of my friends in the area.
