Walked in without a reservation - what a pleasant suprise. Beautiful views and excellent wait staff. Chilean Sea Bass was the best that I've eaten. Good wine selection - you must try while in DC.

We arrived for dinner on Easter Sunday, a party of three, at about 7:30 PM. We were seated promptly, but waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged out presence. Items from the special holiday menu were the only options. I ordered the herb crusted salmon. The portion was tiny and the 'herb crust' was literally just seasoned bread brumbs poured over the top of the fish. The vegetable was broccoli & again, the portion was unbelievably small. The service throughout dinner was very slow ... we had to flag down anyone we could find to order more drinks. This place is poor ... and while we understood they were featuring a special menu for Easter, the prices were completely out of whack considering the portions and quality ... I thought the place was really poor, would never go back. I actually felt insulted by the service.

Paying for the view leaves your wallet empty. Food selection at our table consisted of a bill of about $200 for cold baked potatoes, cold coffee, thin cuts of prime rib and medallions that looked like Steak-Ums in sauce. As a Washington native, I was disappointed in this place 10 years ago and still am. Plenty of other places that has better ( and warmer) foods that won't break the bank.

Great views of the potomac. Dinner menu is excellent, but I like to drop by this place when friends are in town. We'll check out the views, grab a drink at the bar, and maybe order some food from the bar. We can get in and enjoy the place without laying out too much cash.
