I was there earlier today to have lunch. After sitting there for a few minutes I heard yelling and swearing from the kitchen area. Then a waitress went over to the man sitting across from me and told him that she was sorry but the cook was yelling and swearing at her and would not make any food orders from her. Needless to say the customer left while shaking his head. I sat there for the next thirty minutes trying to enjoy my lunch as the yelling and swearing very loudly continued between the cook and several of the waitresses. This should never happen under and circumstances. Very, very unprofessional. Perhaps it would help if you had a general meeting with all and discuss how that kind of conduct is going to cost you a lot of business. Or maybe deduct money off of your customers checks who are subjected to listening to that nonsense.
