We have ordered Rudy's several times in the last year we have live in aurora . The food has been in a tail side over that year . Wife and I ordered to go since we didnt feel like cooking . I ordered the cowboy burger with onion rings and no pickles . My bacon is burnt, the burger is so over cooked no amount of sauce will save it, and to top it all off they put pickle in the togo container !! My wifes bacon was also burnt and her burger was also cooked to a hockey puck . Last straw with this place we will find some other place to order from

Terrible Service, I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a grilled cheese and I asked them to change it and they took 40 minutes to get my order ready and it still wasn’t right it was an order of mozzarella sticks and they said “ That’s what you ordered” and I got into a word war with the manager I had to call the head boss to get it under control

I order delivery quite often and only once the made an error on my order. I wanted bonless wings and they sent regular wings.
I am the General Manager of a nearby hotel and recomend Rudy's often.

Great service everytime I have been there great food. If my order doesnt come exactly how I asked they are more then happy to make it right.

Terrible service. Rude bartenders that make atmosphere uncomfortable. I have given it MULTIPLE tries but the food is never what I order and they don't take kindly to someone who has a complaint about their food.

Yuk burger to well done poor poor service and food made by schwanns want to go there but they need owner attention very bad and some consistency
