This isn't your typical Oklahoma small town restaurant, this is fine food with interesting recipes and fresh food. Everything is fabulous. It is my go to place for great salads at lunch, a glass of wine with an incredible tapas style appetizer or for an incredible romantic dinner. Don't expect chicken strips or chicken fried steak. This is far more more sophisticated. Anyone who doesn't like it probably enjoys mcDonalds.....

With anticipation I planned a lunch hour meeting date with a property tenant at Panevino. I had been told Panevino was wonderful but found that the basics of customer service were not to be found during my first experience. The dining area had in it seated one other table of two only.....and only one other table was seated during my hour in the establishment
I waited for ten minutes just to be acknowledged but the only waitstaff person, who appeared to working the kitchen also, finally handed us a menu and took a beverage order. All the time, another staff member was behind the bar area carrying on a social conversation to a non customer/friend? who had come into the establishment. Their loud conversation that drifted the way of my table and was anything but an appropriate subject matter for a dining room.
The food took another 20 minutes to be delivered to the table along with the beverages. The sandwich was nothing special and for a "grilled" item it arrived cold. I hate to think what a disaster a dinner would entail here!
Great location, nice interior decor, waitstaff that was friendly but at least needed to acknowledge that it was not their best day for service. Was in the business many years and now retired from it and I know from experience a little damage control goes a long way to have a customer return to your establishment. Very simple fix with taking this rating from a two to at least four stars....but can you or do you desire to do so?
Enid dreams of having such wonderful offerings in food and retail but will NEVER have it if basic industry standards of customer service can not be found!!! I will give Panevino one more try but hope to find a better run operation this time.

Nice place for a drink, but don't go there for the food. The only thing I've ordered that I liked is the artichoke spinich dip. Much better food can be found 2 doors east at The Sidewalk Cafe. Last time we were at Panevino a young male waiter or busboy must have just had his lip pierced because he kept licking his new lip ring jewlery. Kinda put me off my feed just enough to not want to go back. The only reason I give 2 stars is for the appitizers.
