The owner that was working tonight was highly upset with me after I returned 2 calzones. She accepted no suggestion nor gave appropriate apology for serving me raw dough in both calzones. She claimed was cheese, and backed it by saying that nobody else has complained. Trust when I say it wasn’t cheese. It was raw dough. I tried to reason with her. If she turned down her oven and cooked them longer then they would be perfect. Sometimes you can’t teach an old dog new tricks though. ✌️ sorry guys, even though y’all weren’t.
