Reluctantly made a reservation in Fargo ND at an Italian restaurant, Toscana...glad we did! Ordered Penne Gorgonzola and a fish special. Both were just delicious. The place was packed so it certainly was a good idea that we made a reservation. Coming from NY where you get the best Italian food, this was quite the surprise.
Not to be missed.

Spectacular! This was the finest dining experience I've ever had. Each course was perfectly prepared, the details of the food was amazing! The Service was every bit as fabulous as the food and beverage. It was an awesome experience. We had a table of 7 Our favorite place in Fargo. Nothing but excellent!! Sit back, relax, and enjoy a most wonderful evening of attentive service and superb food.Thank you Toscana

First time Toscana customer last night: * flawless service: kind, & attentive. *bread service, meh. Bread served warm , pre-sliced . and with a great dipping *cuisine: impressive for the price. I ordered a house salad with balsamic vinagrette and a large app of steamed mussels in white wine/garlic broth = both delicious. Too big for me to finish. As stated, the other dishes were a veal forestier and a Cioppino The were both great and very hot . Deep flavor the sauce. They also have one of the greatest wine list for the midwest. Very nice. Just a great nigh, we will be back

I could not enjoy the food because of the service. The server was asked to bring more bread when she brought the soup. Instead of bringing it or telling me it was not available, she was at a different table, chatting up other customers. I had to repeat my request to the hostess. Then my entrée arrived before I was even half finished with the soup. As a last straw she gave me someone else's check. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and after some evasion she claimed to be that manager. I emailed their site "to the owners" and never received a response.
