Former restaurant owner came in from out of town. Ordered take out to be delivered....Delivered on time.
Quality of food and appearance was very poor. Dish was mostly bean sprouts and there was hardly any chicken at all.

We had the most unbelievable experience here. My husband and I had been traveling for 2 weeks, were heading back home to Phoenix and decided to stop here to eat. My husband walked into the restaurant, told the host we were eating but needed to use the restroom first (and he HAD to use it). This crazy owner-server chased my husband into the restroom screaming that he had to pay $2.00 to use the bathroom. He didnt have time to stop and pay (who charges $2.00 to use the restroom anyway????) for the use of the facilities. When he came out of the restroom, the owner called the police on us.........Dead Serious......this happened. We eat out probably 4 times a week.....I have never seen behavior like that.

Food and service excellent. We have been going there on regular bases and sometimes with friends and co-workers. Best Chinese in Flagstaff.

We just have been there once, and will never want to come again. They had the worst service I ever had. The waitress is just grumpy. She asked me to write the order. The food is salty and we found two trace of hair in the vegetable. She might feel that I am not going to give tips and we had mandatory 15% tips charged without asking. Overall rating is only one.I want to rate zero, honestly.

I have always had good food at this restaurant. It is the best Chinese Food I have found in Flagstaff. The owners are very friendly and it is usually a fun place to go. They also have an authentic Chinese Menu with non-Americanized Chinese Dishes.

We have been patronizing the Golden Dragon for about five years. We have noticed a degrading of the food quality for approximately the last two. Tonight, we ordered two entrees with sauce which was watery and lacked flavor. We also had sweet and sour soup which was watery and was almost entirely broth, a change from previously. The fried rice was acceptable but the steamed rice was dry, as it was on a previous visit. It appears that there is a cost saving program in practice at the expense of the patrons. It was the best in Flagstaff but now the search is on for another.
