Really unsatisfactory experience I had tonight. This spot used to be very comforting and special for my family but over time has become rundown and has had many downgrades including food, ambience, staff, and overall service. I remember when a lovely manager named Monica ran this place so well! I miss the days when Galaxy was like that. I believe this diner has run its course and should shut its doors.

Hello I must say that we stopped at this diner on our way across country, I'm sorry to say that our food was beyond horrible. I have made attempts to contact the owner and I have not received any replies and its been months. We spent $82.71 on 3 adult meals and one kid meal. I said something to our server Jalen V, we waited for owner to come by but he or she never showed up at our table. I must say think twice before going there, the food was HORRIBLE

I loved it, all the waiters were nice and I got my food fast and you could look at all the celebrities from back then, it was amazing.

Unfrickinbelieveable! Waited a half hour to be served a bad turkey lunch meat sandwich, on white bread, bad iceberg lettuce, and a cut piece of pickle that looked like it sat out way to cold. It's gets worse, a bowl of chili comes out with piles of sliced onion just sitting on top, and cheese piled on top. It gets worse, the frickin chili is cold. It gets worse, the chili does not taste like chili. The good news was the ice water was good. The meal should of been free but of course we paid for that crap. Sad that anyone in a kitchen would let that food be served. Would of been better off to had was gone back to motel room and are crackers and cheese. Galaxy Diner was a compete waste of time, money and a sad excuse for a eating establishment, a disgrace to Historic route 66.

Great food! Great staff! Great service! Very affordable and the atmosphere is amazing. The potato soup was the best that I have every eaten. Every ones food was wonderful and arrived very quickly. This restaurant was full and it was midnight.

Great food! Great staff! Great service! Entirely affordable and the atmosphere is amazing. The collection of photos on all the walls are impressive. Take your friends! They accommodate large parties as well as small ones! :) We had so much fun!

i love this place!! my friends and i go there all the time. the prices are amazingly priced for broke college students and the staff and manager are really nice.
