Horrible service, first waiting 26 minutes for a spoon for the soup, 15 min for a water when she had already brought everyone's drinks. Asked for grilled onion on steak soft tacos, when she brought them they were hard tacos with only red peppers. She took them back when she brought them again still no grilled onions. And all our food was cold.. never again

Rude staff. Food was not good. Seafood chimichanga, asked if real crab meat. Waitress said yes. Definitely was not real. We told her for future customers that it is imitation crab and she was like oh I didn't know. Will not go back.

Love Senor Lucky's carry-out Nachos. Large enough for two to get filled up and very tasty!

Service is horrible. We had to wait at LEAST 10 min to get drinks. The waitress blamed a large party but the bar people were getting served. I think she just forgot to put the order in. One order at our table was for tenders and there was no sauce received. We asked for ranch and I do believe she forgot because we had to ask again 5 min later and it was brought right out. The management that night seemed young and not attentive. This was our second visit and FINAL. The service was bad and the food not much better. Look elsewhere for good service and food

Do not eat here! There is one cook in the back that is sure to mess up your food and make you wait an extreme amount of time for their glorified microwaving skills. Steak and chicken are not cooked to order unless specified. Steak is extremely chewy and poor quality, and the chicken is dry because its being reheated. The owner is far from a people person, so beware if you attempt to make a complaint. Also, as a former employee, I would eat at your own risk. The kitchen conditions are horrendous.. cutting boards that are never cleaned & holding tons of bacteria, floors that are merely just sprayed with water and swept to the drain. Disgusting! I wouldn't have given any stars if that were a possible rating.

Food is always good, but you are always taking a chance if you are going to get good service or not. We have been about 4 times and only once did we get good service.

The food is always good, esp when its hot. But the service! Our waitress last night was rude, played up to my husband and ignored what ever I said. The place was empty and I asked her to run my KENO and she told me to do it mayself.
We stop there when we are on our way to marlette from Ann Arbor. There are 100's of different places to stop--we will be trying one of them net time.

Soup and chili was almost cold when it came to our table. Then, my wife's order was screwed up. By the time we got her correct meal, we had to leave. Then, we were charged for food we never ate (chili) as we sent them back when found to be cold. Rude little girl employees talking about our dissatisfaction with the place right in front of us. NEVER talk like that in front of customers, child! DO NOT GO THERE. It stinks.

This place has truly delectable food at a competitive price! Great service and good drinks along with a very casual atmosphere.......the owner is often there and is a character to say the least.
