BEST Chinese food in Venice we are lucky to have them in a small town. After reading these negative reviews I felt I had to set the record straight. I have eaten here for 7 years and never had a bad meal, I have also eaten at all the other Chinese restaurants in venice and the food was poor quality or had a weird tasting spice in it. This restaurant is clean, people are not rude, the service is fast, the food is good, the prices are reasonable, the portions are large. I do not understand these bad reviews, they should be ignored. Maybe these people do not understand this is a take out place not a fancy restaurant. They are also very busy and do not chit chat, and English is a second language for some of the employees, they speak Chinese. Some people might mistake this for being rude when they are not, or some of these reviewers are just whiney idiots. Any way, some of the better dishes are the sesame chicken, beef & broccoli, chicken & mixed vegetables, chicken mei fun noodles, vegetable egg foo young but get it w/ brown sauce not the gravy that comes with it ( not good ) . Also the egg rolls and crab Rangoon are good appetizers. Hope you find this honest review helpful.

Horrible food.....place not clean and they are rude....stay away....go to China Jade instead.

While I agree the food is good, its hardly worth the lousy service encountered. Their pricing has been pushed upwards considerably. "Soup Nazi" is pretty accurate....and now that a delivered dinner will total 20.00 per person it on my list.....very close to the bottom

Love the food. But if you are looking for great customer relations, you have come to the wrong place. Ordering from Canton is like ordering from the "soup Nazi" from Seinfeld. No soup for you!! Other than that, it is the best Chinese food in Venice.

Cooking is good, and they will accommodate low salt and soy sauce, but little else. The help is rude, which is why I cringe whenever I am forced to use them for the few dishes they are better than all the other Venice Chinese restaurants (I use 3 others regularly.)

Food is great , but customer service is poor. I spelled myqt street name to the girl or man that can speak English , and she says " ya I know how to spell, I got it." Then when finishing my order after saying thank you, she just hangs up on me! I work in customer service and your service would never fly in my store! If it wasn't for your food , you would have ni service! Your customers that spend there money on you should not be treated the way they are.

The food here is spectacular! One of the best in town. however, customer service is AWFUL and very UNFRIENDLY. The person I spoke to hung up on me. They've delivered to my location several times and the min delivery is $10.00 (CLEARLY STATED ON OUTSIDE OF MENU). ANYTIME a driver comes to deliver I typical tip a minimum of 30% because it is a drive. Well, our order today was $14 and change and they refused to deliver. I will NEVER use them again and encourage the same to others. The food is awesome but it isn't everything and a buying customer doesn't need to be treated the way we were
