Very disappointed. The food was at best average. When they charged a 5% fee for using
my credit card that was the last straw. Never to return.

MY WIFE AND I HAD DINNER THERE LAST EVENING. THE FOOD WAS AVERAGE
BUT WE WILL NOT GO BACK. WHEN THE CHECK CAME I GAVE THEM MY CREDIT
CARD AND WAS TOLD A 5% CREDIT CARD FEE WILL BEADDED TO MY BILL.
I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS AND WAS TURNED OFF BY THIS. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND WILL ADVISE MY FRIENDS TO FOLLOW SUIT.

We went there for the "Mexican Night". The food was at best ok. We both felt sick and had stomach aches all night. If you are going to have a night for "Mexican food" make a effort.
The frozen burritos at Publix are just as good.
We were very dissapointed, as we like the place and the view. If your food is bad though, you are just a water bar. Make up your mind.

Went there last week we had the Reuben sandwich, chicken wrap and fish sandwich. All were bad, and the service was so slow. Wouldn't go there again.

I greatly apologize for your poor experience. We have made several changes in our management team. We have a new General Manager, three new Chefs including myself and a new team all around. we went there when they reopened, party of 15. we sent a couple there to sign us in for seating about 5:30...table asap.. we were hoping that we would be called very soon, it was Tim D. birthday and he wanted to celebrate there.2 1/2 hours later, we were just getting seated OUTSIDE ON THE PORCH, WE did get some water, some of us, but then no one came to actually take our order. we left at almost 9 and went to Golden Coral!!! it was great! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ATTEMPT TO GO THERE.. they said we should have made a reservation, well, we did, our couple arriving at 5:30 should have at least got us in sooner we thought.. and I spotted the manager when we were leaving and she was a B- just put her pointer finger up in my face and then told another young guy standing there to handle it.. i just walked away without telling her off. between the seating hostess and the manager (a girl) they need to get some training!!!! we would have probably dropped a few hundred, too bad the waitress missed out on a great tip!

The service was slow - we asked for additional seasoning on our fish and they told us that "they could not accommodate us" and basically threw us out! I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER seen such a arrogant, ridiculous manager in my life! The girl who serves as their "manager" will break this place! It stand NO CHANCE insulting guests like that! HORRIBLE! Worse service and treatment in any establishment EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! HORRIBLE!
