Terrible food and service. Went in for chicken soup and chicken rice plate and neither on had much flavor. there are much better Pho places to eat in Galveston than this one. Girl at counter not very friendly. Girl said we had to wear mask but her or the lady prepping food were wearing mask. will not be returning here.
