Love Hucks..... Best food and super nice employees. We order every week. There's something wrong with the low ratings. Jamie and Michael do a great job owning the family restaurant. It's hard trying to make people happy. Just because you get 1 order that does not please does not give the right to bash a great restaurant. If they can't please you, cook it yourself at home. Grant someone will complain about things they do not like about your cooking. Keep up the good work....

order 3 plates none was right fries so over cooked you couldn't eat them slaw was just cabbage with nothing in it and when u ask for a medium steak and its so over done its dry It was enough for me not to go back again

I gave a one star because I wasn't sure zero stars would be noticeable. I was forced to wait at the drive through for ten plus minutes despite calling ten minutes in advance. I was also over charged, asked about the over charge and was given a story about how tater tots and a sandwich are charged separately, which is true, but the sandwich is $5.00 and the tots are $2.50 which with tax is $8.02, and $9.07. I know that may only be a dollar but it's also about principal. They would freak out if you went in and took a dollar out of the register, but apparently they don't mind taking dollars out of yours. Plus, $2.50 for tots. Come on.

I love coming to hucks it's great food and nice people but today I called in a to go order and everyone seemed unhappy for my arrival! When I got home I had no crackers for the 2 soups I ordered after asking for extra and there was a long hair in my husbands big hucks burger
