Every time we go in to eat their waitresses are super nice. And the food is amazing

Our table ordered many beers and wings. We consumed them all. Suffice to say, we'll be back.

When you go to Roosters be prepared for 50/50. Half the time the food comes out fine and half the time you scratch your head and try to figure out how they could mess it up so badly. I have been there many times. My wife and I went last night. I got the wings "hot" she got a turkey sandwich and fries. My wings were literally swimming in lava sauce. I had to transfer then to the bone basket just to try to get some of the sauce off of them. I think they got the sauce mixed up too because I normally like their hot wings but these tasted just like cayenne pepper. they were terrible. My wife's sandwich came out fine. Hard to mess up a turkey sandwich with lettuce. However, the fries were over cooked and cold. As much as I hate to say it we will be looking for another place to dine out. Johnny B's in Dahlonega or Wild Wings in Gainesville would be a much better choice

The homemade dressing is awesome! Homemade French fries are great, and the bean soup is delicious. I've never had a bad experience from hamburgers to wings, it's all good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the house wine needs to be a better grade.

This is the best wing place in Georgia. My dad loves their poppy seed blue cheese and drove all the way down here to get some to bring back home.

Nothing special. Glorified bar food, but still slightly better than fast food.

I had my second experience at this restaurant last night (09/28/2010). I decided to give them another shot after my first bad experience. I find it so hard to beleive that this restaurant is famous for its wings. They were overcooked, shriveled up, very small and not good at all. Our meal was $70 plus tip and the sad thing is I could've made better wings with my eyes closed! I can say that the service was great, our waitress was friendly and on top of our drinks. But the food was enough for me to decide I won't be going back. If you like wings, don't go there because they are just not good at all.

rather drive 15 more minutes to wild wings in gainsville for better wings and better bar service

review_stars 07/28/2010 - not too impressed
they have gone downhill, no telling what you will get for a to go order, check it before you leave

Grilled chicken salad was HUGE! I order to-go for my office in dahlonega and we love the food. I order the salad and the chicken is AMAZING! Also the ranch dip is out of this world good! Eat here all the time :-)

Terrible tea. The mild wings are so hot, you may as well drink tobasco. No work in that recipe. A dozen wings looks like 4 in the basket compared to wings in gainesville.Reminded me of grasshoppers drenched texas pete hot sauce.

We took home what we didn't eat or I should say chewed on (from previous comment, Friday night 2/20) which was a bunch (2 Full rib orders) and put them in a crock pot for 3 hours and then they were finally fall off the bone ribs (not baby back like Roosters advertised), but edible finally.

review_stars 02/20/2010 - John Sears
This restaurant had the best baby back ribs in North Georgia, now they opted for the regular old fatty can't I mean can't fall of the bone meat - what a disappointment with last night's meal, here we waited all week savoring their ribs, now we have to go elsewhere. Ruby Tuesday's, Longhorn's in Dawsonville has better ribs now. We won't be going back to Rooster's until they upgrade their ribs back to where they were.
