I was born and raised here so I know what a staple this place is for the community. That's why it's even more disappointing that they allow shanda to treat their customers the way she does. We picked up an order for a large work function and decided to get there a little early since they are usually 30-45 minutes behind at times with big orders. She was extremely rude and unprofessional the minute we walked in. She reprimanded us for getting there 15 minutes early (even though it was actually ready for once), cut us off every time we tried to answer her questions and then tossed the 2, 4 foot sandwiches in the car. I'm surprised they didn't fall apart. We decided to call later and make a complaint hoping for just an apology. Instead she defended herself and justified her behavior because she "was having a bad day and they were short staffed." She topped it off with saying "thanks for ruining my f-ing day" and hung up. We all have bad days but you seem to have more than others and can't seem to leave it at the door. Your business is based on customer service. The fact that she is still working there after the numerous complaints over the years is crazy to me. You have lost a lot of business because of one person who shouldn't be allowed near the public. FIRE SHANDA ALREADY!!!

Did ownership change for this business? I have been going to this establishment since it was on West Yellowstone and always very pleased it never changed . For the last 11 years I have worked out of state and ever single time I came home I have made a point to to go there since their sandwiches are the best. But today we went in there and not even a hello, stood at the counter and was ignored while she wrote on an erase board. I was trying to get her attention and said I was hungry any nothing. She walked away saying so am I and went and got supplies . And again she said nothing. Well after she was ready she took our order. The other worker that was there didn’t care either since she had worked for 10 hours. Needless to say I have went to this establishment most of my life and not once have I been disappointed until today poor service and hard bread. I also work 10 hours at my job and then I drive a school bus plus I do all the book work for my automotive shop so I feel if you can’t handle the hours get a different job I didn’t do anything to you for you to treat me like I was an inconvenience for being there.Just a suggestion but maybe try to remember your customers are the ones that make your business succeed as I said earlier and have been going here since I was in high school and never once have I seen customer service like what I saw today

Best Sandwich ever! Don't know how subway is in business when you have the sandwich tree. Ordered the Italian and Turkey last week. I enjoyed the Italian more.

These guys can make a really good sandwich if they want too. The bread is great, the toppings are good and taste fresh. Unfortunately they can't seem to make a sandwich correctly. While you are placing your order they write it on the sandwich bag, but they might as well be writing gibberish because they definitely don't make what you order. After you take the sandwich back and walk them through making a new one it's actually pretty good. I've been eating here off and on for years and it's always been this way. So if you're not in a hurry, don't mind having your sandwich made twice, and you're not getting it to go then it's on ok place to eat.
