The only reason I come here is for the FREE birthday dinner. I am bringing a friend with me tonight who has not been here before so I hope the dinner goes well and she enjoys the food.

WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! Customer service absolutely SUCKS and employees are absolutely RUDE!! Starting with Jenny at the front counter taking orders to Gan, the so called Manager (who refused to give me his last name) My beef was simple: ordered five (5) Maki rolls, two tempura and edamame for 5 people, but had NO IDEA their rolls only have four (4) pieces... when I called to ask we didn't order half rolls I was told that that was a regular size and it says so on their website (it doesn't say that anywhere) I suggested that they should include that on the website so people know. I was told by Jenny that's how it is. I told Jenny it was not right. Jenny told me that if I don't like it to "GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!" What?! I told Jenny if I would have know it was only 4 pieces I would have ordered MORE!! Spoke with the manager Gan, I explained the problem in detail and that I would have been happy to double the order and double the bill amount! And also told him that his employee had just told me to go eat somewhere else, but he was absolutely useless as well. All that was necessary was an apology and that they'll look into adding that info to the site, but NO... instead I was told to take my business elsewhere!!! So I WILL!!! When the old Manager Shima ran that restaurant he treated you with courtesy and respect...like a friend- every-time you went to dine in, or ordered! I gave them one star because the chefs and food are good. However, the worker and manager mentioned are in the wrong business and lost this customer for good...

This restaurant is always crowded which is a good sign. I appreciate the friendliness and the fact that they try to remember their customers. Great for birthdays...
