Pontiac McDs strikes again!! My son ordered on the app for bkfst last Monday. Apparently they had a fire and the app didnt stop orders. He went to get food and no one brought it out and no answer on phone.Contacted Mcds Corp (via 800# and App Support) last week and wont give him his money back for food he didnt get because they are a Franchisee and they get the $. Mgrs at Mcds Pontiac said they cant do anything (even credit us for food)..so we asked for Owners #. They gave us a bogus # 3 diff times of calling back. I looked # up (Paul and Mary Brezney 309-246-4777) and was told by a snotty receptionist that the app is Corp ran not franchisee ran. I said so Franchisee gives free food away and Corp keeps the $? She said no..Corp pays them. So..they have our money that was given to Corp but wont refund or give us credit back. They apparentlyneed $ sooo bad they steal from hard-working a 16 yo.
Feel free to call that # any time your order is messed up. Im sure they love hearing about it. Everyone should blow that # up instead of Corp 800#.
