My wife and I drove through Moline on special occasion and stopped off at the Express for lunch. I ordered the Mongolian beef made with super tender slices of flank and flavorful sauce (a little bit sweet). She ordered the garlic chicken since she doesn’t like to taste sweetness of a meal. The food was ready within 7 minutes. We like it and hope we can have this kind of express in our town.

We will not be returning to this restaurant. I have never tasted food so bad and poorly made. The Crab Rangoon was under cooked with no crab flavor/crab meat/ or artificial crab meat in them. They where fried won-ton wraps with cream cheese, Nothing more. The Princess Chicken was soured, it tasted as though the chicken had gone bad and they still used it to cook with. The fried rice tasted as though they poured soy sauce over the white rice and mixed it up. The rice wasn't steamed like it should have been, just boiled like you would in your own kitchen. I myself could have made better Chinese food than I tasted today. I took one bit and about hurled. I had to drink two 8oz cups of water to get the spoiled taste out of my mouth. When I called them to confront them on how the food was, all they could tell me is, " that is how our food taste, we have never had a complaint be fore now." For a first time eating from Yen Ching, it will be that last. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to any one. Very poorly managed.
