Don Pedro's is the best!
Don't expect authentic Mexican, this is Tex-Mex.
My favorites are the Beef, Bean and Cheddar Burrito...which features shredded beef; and the Bean and Cheese Nachos.
The Guac is yummy, as is the Iced Tea.

I grew up in Sterling and have been going to Don Pedro's since they opened. Since we have moved away, we always tried to stop for some good food. Today, we bought 3 beef bean and cheddar burritos and 1 beef and cheddar burrito. We asked that they be unheated as we were going to have them for dinner a couple hours later. The burritos were poorly rolled - the ends weren't even tucked in. They heated them even though we requested they not be. We received no salsa and had to sit in the drive thru lane until they noticed we were there so we could get them. The chips for our cheese and chips were the greasiest I have ever had there. We used to love the soft corn tacos but they have changed and not in a good way. All in all, the restaurant has gone downhill in the last couple years. If it keeps going the same way, I can see it closing and that would be sad.
