Finding authentic Japanese restaurants in the USA like those in Japan where ordinary people eat often is not easy. However, Fuji Japanese Restaurant in Las Vegas brought back many memories of my many years in Japan by its ordinary authentic ambiance, its excellent hot smoky green Japanese tea, its friendly service, and its fine menu that could be found in so many places in Japan, and finally for its excellent quality food at a reasonable price.
