We just finished having lunch. This is the 4th time we've eaten there and the food has been ok enough for us to return. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children under the age of 2. When we received the bill, the 18% gratuity was automatically added because they said we had a party of 7 people. This pissed me off because my 5 month old grandson didn't eat and my 2 year old grandson had 2 bites. I don't think this was a very good business practice and will not return because of the way I was treated.

This is my absolute favorite sushi place in Vegas. Whether I call on the way home from work and pick up some rolls to go or go in on my day off, the sushi is always delicious, fresh and melt in your mouth. The Sunrise roll and Salmon Lover are probably the best things I've ever put in my mouth.
I'm totally getting sushi tonight.

Soooo sad to see my fave sushi place go down hill. As soon as we were seated, my friend ordered a miso soup, the "waitress" said sorry, I'm training. Later, I saw her deliver salad to the couple next to us, I have always told people to go here, but I don't feel compelled to return after our visit. The menu has very obvious changes and 2 of the rolls were the reason we came to Sushi Bomb, have been removed. We mentioned the rolls that were missing from from the previous menu (Korean Lasagna and Mountain roll)--I know you have the ingredients to make these rolls, but they did not do it. We were told they were "not popular" and removed.
The sushi/sashimi is very fresh and tasty, but I was just disappointed with the menu and service. After our "server" said she couldn't give us miso soup because she was "training", we saw her delivering soup, salad, and she delivered our sake, It was a very busy night there with only one waitress. If you want really fresh albacore, tuna,etc...they are awesome. Right now the service is sad.
