July 31, 2019 at 10 pm. Never heard of owls as we are from out of town. Looked up the menu online and decided I’d get the strawberry shortcake. Went in and was greeted by the nastiest human ever. We asked for the strawberry shortcake and she just snarled at us and said “what? We don’t have anything like that.” I said oh I looked up your menu online, so you don’t make any special ice cream dishes? She said no you just get one of these flavors here in box (display). My boyfriend then grabbed their menu and said “uhhh the strawberry shortcake is right here in your menu). She was like no that’s not ice cream it’s a panini! We were so confused so we just left and went to coldstone. She had such an ugly attitude we were shocked.

LOVE this place! Pistachio is to die for! Rum & Raison (not always available) but one of my favorites!
