I've been to 2 pizza houses and both of them has awful buffet. Doesn't matter what time you go, its
always seems the pizza has been sitting for a while. Johnny's Pizza beats them hand down on the buffet.

I go to BJ's pizza regular I have since it open. I had a nice pleasant time there, but unfortunately the last few times I've gone there I have felt like I "put them out" by being there. The tables are always nasty. My husband and I went to the restaurant on Wednesday April 15, the woman that took our order seemed confused and she has taken our order before so she should have no problems .... I guess not. Plus there wasn't a clean table, so I asked for a towel to clean a booth. It was the manager I asked. She yelled over her shoulder for someone to go wipe the table, and when the young girl came out her rag was dripping wet and she slung water over me as she wipe the table and the seats of the booth and I sat down and my whole bottom got wet...didn't know I needed to bring rain gear. I had to go get napkins to dry our seats before we could sit down. I must have insulted her for wanting a clean table to eat at. She was very rude! I thanked her anyway she ignored me turned her back and walked off. The pizza buffet was terrible. Not what it once was. Too bad it's food and customer service has gone down hill so much. If they are that nasty out front kind of makes me wonder... how clean is the kitchen and where the food is prepared. It's just as bad in the evenings too. They seem to not care if you are there or not. I wish they would correct this problem. It used to be one of my favorite places. So sad it has come to this in the past few years.
