I've been a customer of this bakery for about 30 years, and I've been consuming bread for almost 60 years, and so I know what good bread is and I also know what fresh bread is. On July 16, 2023 I went to the bakery and ordered a dozen Portuguese rolls and a homemade bread, only when I got home I noticed that the homemade bread was not fresh, it was from the day before and was on the shelf of the store and judging by the maneuver that the lady who attended me made to choose my bread demonstrated that it was intentional and not a mistake exonerated, for this reason I have lost my old confidence in this establishment and I will warn my family and friends of what happened not to be in the same way deceived. I understand that throwing stale bread away in the trash means losing some money, but losing customers can mean the ruin of your business permanently.
