Burger Crest may have went though a touch time in 2020 due to Covid. But I work close by and we do eat there often and have a good experience. For the type of restaurant they are and the food they serve it is pretty dang good. If you encountered problems in the past give them another chance.

BC has always been the best in Fruitport. Great food and Customer Service. All my experiences have been wonderful. If you're looking for good hot down home food you can't go wrong with Burger Crest!

We went to Burger Crest on 7/11/2020 it was horrible. We bought the 10 piece chicken and it was so dry no breading and very dark almost burnt looking. I called the manager she was rude and said we steam it the night before I don’t know what to tell you she said and hung up on me. So I called back and she said “honey” I don’t know what to tell you we steam the night before and all’s we been doing is getting complaints all week. I told her she didn’t need to be so rude and she said I can’t talk I have other customers and hung up on me again. Not one person out of all three I seen had gloves or mask on. I will never go back to this place they don’t care about there customers and I will be reporting them. Very unclean and no protection what so ever.
