I just heard Carmen's "getting fired" video on youtube. I will NEVER go to this "cafe". This woman verbally abused her employee for over 5 minutes. She sounded like a raving lunatic. Absolutely unprofessional no matter what that employee did. I have been just a simple shift manager and I would have never talked to an employee like that. (or should I say screamed at an employee like that.) If you are that outraged by something your employee did, write what they did wrong, including that they are fired, call them behind closed doors, have them sign it, and your problem is gone. There is no need to throw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old. You are supposed to be the owner of this buisness. My God.. You will never see a penny of my money lady. I will also be sharing this video on my facebook so my friends and family know who is really running this buisness. All I can say is this woman is LUCKY she didn't yell at me like this. If that employee happens to be reading this, I am so very sorry for the way you were treated. Not all buisness owners are this unprofessional. Good luck to you and I truly hope you are taking some kind of legal action. There has to be some law that protects employees from this behavior!!!
Ironic.... if you listen to the video Carmen is so worried that this employee is losing buisness for her. Well Carmen, this "customer" is lost because of YOU, not your employees. Karma really does come back to bite ya. =)

Alot of food for your dollar, the service by our waitress Cindy was outstanding and the food was good. Also a wide variety of foods to choose from.
