best breakfast I'd ever had in my entire life. Used to go with my family back in the day. Sweetest staff and best food I'd eaten as a kid and teen — their coffee and michigan maple rolls were the best. Juilleret's will live on in my heart as one of the greatest places I've had the pleasure of going to

We were SO disappointed with Juilleret's when we went there today. Service was decent, but everything else was bad. The first thing that made me angry was the "No Cell Phone" signs everywhere. I'm not one to talk on the phone in public but I also don't like to be told what to do when I'm giving a place my business. EVERYTHING on the menu is Ala Carte... even $1 extra for a tomato on a sandwich? The bill came to $40 for 3 breakfast's and we all got water. The food was not great either, scrambled eggs had runny whites? It was gross, sorry.

We have never been to another restaurant where every breakfast item is a la carte.
$3.00 for "bottomless" coffee, $3.00 for three breakfast sausages, bacon or ham. $3.00 PER pancake (medium size) and extra for syrup, $1.00 PER egg, etc. etc.
Our two breakfasts of coffee, two eggs, sausage and toast each came to over $30.00!!
The over-easy eggs were overdone and not even the homemade bread was special. There were no tablecloths or other "niceties" just plain Up North diner. Most definitely a major Rip-off.

Food was OK. Menu said coffee was $3.00 per pot. Three of us ordered 2 eggs and bacon with coffee for 2 and decaf for one. Our bill was $31.00.
Each person was charged for a pot of coffee even though we received 2 pots on the table. $9.00 for three cups of bad coffee. The manager insisted that 1 pot = 1 person. What a rip-off.
