This USED to be my go to place for burgers but after my service today, it will be a long time before I go back. The owner’s daughter is in no position to be in management. Knowing and understanding that the food can take a while on a busy Saturday, I called in an order for 3 double cheese burgers, chicken strips, a cheeseburger, 3 large fries, mushrooms, and onion rings. I was told 15-20 minutes and headed up to grab the food for all of my moving help. I showed up after 10 minutes and paid for my order. 10 minutes went by and I was handed a large bag. I asked if everything was in the large bag. She said yes. I glanced in the bag and saw 4 burgers, I asked if all of the other stuff was underneath. I didn’t remove everything to check as the mushrooms were already spilled all over the bag. I got back to hand out the food and handed everything out with the exception of the chicken strips. They weren’t in there. Frustrating but not that big of a deal. I called up there to let them know the chicken strips weren’t in the bag. I was told they checked and I did in fact pay for it. I was told I could come back now or I could come within 2 weeks. I said I was on my way, I asked if they could make fresh fries since I was coming to get them and the others would be cold. I was told they couldn’t do that but would be happy to make the chicken strips. I told her fine, asked her to make some fresh and I’d pay for them (I didn’t want my help to have cold fries with his meal). I showed up to pick up my stuff and PAY for another order of fries. I did ask to speak to the manager and that’s when I got the owner’s daughter. I told her that I was disappointed that I had to pay for another order of fries and she looked at me and asked where the bag was. Apparently their policy for a replacement is to bring the entire bag bag so they can look to see if I really didn’t get everything and she was not going to replace the chicken strips that I never received in the first place. WHAT!?!? That’s the most ridiculous policy that I have ever heard. I told her that I was informed of that. She was snotty about it and said that was the policy and I checked the bag. I did end up paying for the chicken strips and fries yet again because I didn’t want the worker to not have food but THIS is NOT how customer service should be. The food was great as always but her attitude and ability to assess a situation when they messed up is piss poor at best. I guess if you are only ordering a couple of things and can thoroughly check the bag, go for it but plan on waiting at least 20 minutes and always double check. I just spent $50 ($7 for what they messed up) and left with a really bad taste about how they operate their business after being treated like a thief by an inept manager.

this is the best...great burgers and frys onion rings mushrooms all cooked fresh. Too many items to mention besides the ice cream, desserts , shakes and malts. The staff is friendly outside eating. All positive

This is the best American drive-in anywhere.
It is the best kept secret, unfortunately for Bob's. If hamburger lovers and soft-ice cream only knew. Fresh, fresh, fresh, and prices cannot be beat. Hot dogs, fried mushrooms, and on and on.
On Jeffco Boulevard and two places down from Jefferson Junior College, Forget about frozen fast food, I will tell you a secret. This is the best place ever.
