Pretty good. Pine Street Eatery has your standard American food menu. Good service, decent food and reasonable prices.

Message previously sent previously! Forgot name! Very unsatisfactory meal! Meat tough, vegetables hard. Been going there for years! First time disappointed! Husbands potato had rotten spot! Me cabbage was the heart and could only eat part of it! His was all outer leaves and tough! Waitresses was very sweet (real red lips, pony tail) apologized and brought out more meat and replaced the rotten potato! Not happy😟

We went to Pub on Main St. and there was a long line outside waiting to get in plus $10. cover charge per person on St. Pat's Day. My friend recommended PSEatery, we got seated immediately (5:30p), and waited on. Our food was delicious and you couldn't beat the price, under $12. and for small plate, I could barely finish. Will go back.

This is a great restaurant where you get a great meal that won't burn a whole in your pocket. They have a great breakfast menu , and Lunch menu too , today we went for dinner , we started off with French Onion Soup , one of the best in town at a reasonable price . Then my wife had a Turkey Dinner and for only $8.95 she could only eat half of it and brought the rest home for tomorrow's dinner , I had a 16OZ PRIME RIB I wasn't sure how it would be , it filled the plate and was very thick and cooked just the way I ordered it and juicy , and the price for that was a low $15.95 , like my wife I could only eat half , and I know what's for dinner tomorrow , looking forward to it . This was our second time for dinner , they have a Pot Roast Dinner just like my mother used to make . They have sandwiches to Burgers , italian , Seafood , a very large Menu , I can't wait for St. Patrick's Day to come my wife brings me home a dinner from there , they have two sizes Lg. And Sm. I get the Lg so I can have two meals out of it . All I can say is try it and see for yourself , AND ENJOY !!!

The WORST customer service that I have EVER received! I went into the lounge. There were maybe ten people seated around the bar. The bartender was so fixated on them, that I didn't exist! It took me like 12-15 minutes to get my first drink. Like 15-20 minutes after I ordered my second drink, I still hadn't recieved it. She was basically hanging with the customers at the bar, exchanging phone numbers. I finally went up and told her that I was cashing out. It was outrageous that trying to get a drink in a bar is so hard! I will NEVER go back there again, so disgusted!

We went for dinner, my goodness, the best restaurant I have been to in a while. The food was wonderful, you can tell it is home made. The service was great. The waitress was friendly.
I will definitely go there again.

Food is good to great, depending on what you order. Service is usually good but sometimes they are a bit "off"; but always have been friendly to me. Never felt rushed even when there near closing. BUT you can't beat their pea soup and the boiled dinner (corned beef & Cabbage) is one of my boyfriends favorites. I also enjoy their breakfasts and the prices are comparable. It's also clean!! Restrooms are too. And there is a homey atmosphere. I used to have issues with the owner and how he treats his help, but I got over it and figure, I don't have to like the owner; just the food.

Had a restaurant.com certificate and thought we'd try it out for dinner. Service was distant and rude until she cleared our plates. Atmosphere is old and silent - no sounds of cooking, a TV, chatter, nothing.

Onion rings for an app, and they were crispy but pretty flavorless. We asked for horseradish sauce to go with them and it came late and tasted like sour cream with frozen red peppers in it.

Burgers for the entree. One had BBQ sauce, which I could see but not taste. The other had bleu cheese but you wouldn't have known from tasting it. Burgers were obviously from frozen, and were very greasy - our buns were soggy when we got them, and the lettuce on the bottom of the burger was wilted and nasty.

Fries were equally terrible. Obviously from frozen, or at least fried in the coldest of oil. They were cold, soggy, and had no seasoning.

Overall, the food was TASTELESS. No salt, no seasonings, nothing. A jarred pickle was the most flavorful thing I had there. Will not visit again.

I went here using a restaurant.com gift certificate thinking I would save money and have a good time, .....epic fail!, Maybe it was just dinner but the steak tips and shrimp was small and burnt, mashed potatos tasteless, and that meal was 18 dollars and horrible, I had buffalo wings that were actually tenders in wing sauce, waitress actually complained to us because she was asked by me to split the bill between my table of 4, never again,.....ever again
Smileys right below, white hair lady+dinner= rude awakening disaster

My mom begged my wife and I to come here for lunch. So,of course we did.My mom insisted we order the corned beef dinner,so of course we did.The corned beef melted in our mouths!I actually smiled(and so did my wife and mom}.Every taste of that meal was absolutely the best! The service was awesome. If I recall correctly, her name was Deedree. When we first walked in I wasn't sure if we were in the rite place.St.Patricks day in September. The atmosphere was not there. No decor. No music.Where I grew up you always got a free green beer with the meal. There was always a leprechaun. My mom knows her restaurants. My mom was happy,we were happy. This place could stand up against "some" of the best South Boston area Irish pubs that we local.

Food was great and delivered hot and as ordered.Service was..not quite up to par..Server pressured us for our order. We wanted to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We will be back.Hopefully the server will have "us" on her mind.We can enjoy the atmosphere?

I loved the food and the family air it has.The breakfast and lunch waitstaff is great. If your going at night, pick carefully what night you go.If the older white haired lady is working that night I strongly suggest you walk away. S he is dirty, loud and rude.I saw her take a piece of food off a customers plate.I don't think she ever washes her hands, and she's not very friendly.

This place is like a crapp shoot.Depends on who is working.Service with an attitude! We go there often and always enjoy our food.Weve eaten from the breakfast lunch and dinner menu. Our only complaints about the kitchen. The food does require a bit more seasoning. The home fries are not so good. The mashed are real but dont seem to have that real butter taste and they lack seasoning.Sometimes they put so much gravy on them we cant eat them. The veggies, very inconsistent. The soups are to die for, although a few mondays we didnt like them.Tasted not fresh. The french fries are sooo good. The owner knows his potatoes. As far as the suroundings..If your ok with wheelchairs and walkers...old folks like my mom and dad wearing depends.. people with hats and tank tops that look pretty gross. The serving staff will hold the door for you while you crawl in! The mural on the wall is so outdated and incorrect...Its cheesy!Somebody cut all the trees down! The bathrooms seem to be kept up daily.Theres a lot of dusty dirty fake plants and ornaments. Theres a corner in the place when we walk in and we dont understand.A round table with chairs that makes no sense. We always ask to be seated away from it. "Thats for?" Our biggest issue with the eatery is the service. If theres a big party we get put on hold.We can understand the kitchen is busy and our food will take longer. Its when our waitress ignores us.All we wanted was a coffee refill.Seems to us the server is soo concerned about the large party that we get bumped..our tip is not good enough.Also.servers dont have their hair pulled back.We watch them clear a dirty table,go into the kitchen and bring us our food.We trust they washed their hands. In our opinion the servers really need to improve on their appearance and attitude.Cargo pants! All you see, mind you we are here for the food,Big butt cracks, moles, dirty sneakers, bad hair and cell phones. All in all..The eatery has great food, hopefully the servers dont comtaminate it.It has an ok atmosphere. The servers are money motivated. The menu needs to be shortend.Add on "family style" dishes.Have an Italian night.Have a seafood night..Steak night..

Went in for breakfast around 830am if you are in a hurry don't bother going to the restaurant. Also if there couple of large parties you will be ignored. My husband and I went in 15 minutes later still no one came to the table. When we ordered I ordered a frappe and water. The frappe looked good on appearance when I put the straw in there was no real consistency, they had put more milk, didn't had enough ice to the drink and said when I got her attention a couple minutes later she told me that it was all ice cream and had melted since I had let it sit. We waited another 20 minutes for our breakfast which was very simple just a regular meat eggs and potatoes breakfast. The waitress never came to refill my husbands coffee, never asked if everything was alright. She was waiting on the larger group in the restaurant the restaurant was not full there 7 or so tables in the restaurant still open. She was very attentive to larger group, guess we should have had more people we might not have been overlooked. Food was alright, really bland food and not worth the money. We will not be going back to this restaurant again.

The food is reasonable, so are the prices. The wait staff is usually super and very friendly, the "owner", on the other hand, is quite the opposite!

Food was bland and over priced., Service was with attitude, would not dine there again

i like that there is a home kind of feeling when you go in the doors and even on the busiest day of the week which happens to be a sunday, they still get your food out prompt for how busy it is and the presentation is always the same meat potato veggie. i think that if anyone says bad stuff about the place then who cares cause u and i know it is awsome.

Basic American, nothing fancy. Good breakfast and lunch items. Decent prices and friendly wait staff. Never order their French onion soup. I asked that no cheese be placed on top. It came with no cheese, but did have about 2 cups of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (no kidding) tossed on top instead of a slice of French bread. There was no soup, just really wet stuffing mix. Yup, I sent it back. The waitress returned with a bowl of brown boullion contained a few shreds of onion. Some days you just can't win.
