The fried shrimp sucks, Real chinese fried shrimp is fried in a beer batter not breaded. That breading is gross.

Food here is the best. Prices are great. Plenty of food in the orders. Pleasant and friendly. Don't be taken back by the size or strip mall location. This is definitely a place that should not be missed. I mostly order to go but it is a nice cozy restaurant for a sit down meal.

Sure, they have there days, but they are FEW and FAR between. This Chinese restaurant kicks -ss. I live in the area and have eaten at every one of the local establishments. This is our go to for "midnight" snacking while watching our TV shows. By all means try this location, I highly recommend it.

To be honest, you are better off going to one of the other chines restaurants in the area. I have been here twice and disliked the food both times. The quality of the food is not good at. Please don't try your luck here.

With the amount of Chinese food places around here we have tried them all and we absolutely love happy city, their food is consistently delicious, service is always friendly, delivery is always fast, their food is completely amazing! Little hole in the wall that is the diamond in the rough!

I made an order for delivery today. I chose the lunch special: roast pork and mixed vegetables with shrimp lo-mein, one egg roll and crab Rangoon's. The woman I spoke to was very nice and the order was delivered quickly. The smell alone was amazing but I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The Rangoon's were the best I've had in a long time. I also received a free drink that was ice cold. I will definitely be ordering from them again! :)

I went to happy city for the first time today and I was quite pleased. The lunch plate I ordered was very big for the price and the general tso was wonderful. The crab rangoon were a surpising sweet and salty that was really quite pleasing and the little cup of wonton soup was packed with veggies. I will be going again
