Selected 1star because you have to, if I didn't it definitely would have been 0 stars. This is absolutely the WORST Fontega "panini$ I've ever had from here. Paninis are pressed not cooked in the oven. Plus when mentioned to the girl she explained they all get cooked now then as I walked away they were mimicking they way I said paninis are pressed. If you're not going to make paninis correct don't call them paninis, they're just regular sandwiches. Panera had gone downhill it's really sad. This used to be my go to, but not anymore..

I have been to many Panera's and always return, but this franchise has it all wrong! Everything I have ordered was miniaturized and/or not very tasty... instead I recommend the short drive to the Panera in the Market Basket Plaza on Woodbury Ave in Newmarket, NH... I have never been disappointed at this franchise!
