The food is always good here as is the service. They have a whole menu just with vegetarian options and I have never had a problem getting substitutions.

I have to admit i have not eaten here so i can not comment on the food but the service was disgusting. I called to place a takeout order and the person I spoke with was just vile. He was rude and unapologetic as he was saying "no, we can not hold the pork from your rice" on each and every dish I requested. I was not asking for a million different substitutions, all I wanted was to hold the pork in the rice of 3 orders (sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken and general Tsos chicken).

he could not have been more rude. He indicated to me that the rice was premade and they could not hold the pork. No thank you. If i wanted premade rice, I would buy it from the frozen food section at the supermarket.

Obviously we did not finish this transaction. We cancelled our order and called King Wok (right down the road). Their service was excellent (they even have the option of ordering online which was quick and easy) and their food was delicious. Do yourself a favor and drive one minute more to an establishment that deserves your business. There is no excuse for being rude to your customers. Do you think you are the only chinese food place in town??
