We have been going to top shelf for years, now when calling top shelf, it just rings and rings, we never get an answer. Are they closed or is it just that busy all the time? They have lost a lot of business from us and others that have same issues when calling.

food quality always good…I grew up out in Rochester & went downtown after clubbing to Nick’s to get the real thing. After living here & Canandaigua now, I haven’t found a Garbage Plate that has the Mac salad, French fries, Cheese Burgers, & Hot Sauce all together taste even close to Nick Tahous, but living out here in Ontario County, Top Shelf is by hands down the best!!! Also the Steak Bomber ranks up there with the Trash Plate!! My daughter’s favorite is boneless wings with sweet & tangy sauce!! I wish I still lived out here cuz this place has great food esp for the area!!! I highly recommend them!!

I’m not sure where these negative reviews are for but top shelf is the best pizza place in the area. Food is always great and if there is ever an issue which happens at every restaurant from time to time they always remake your food for you. They have been serving the area for over a decade and I stop in as much as possible for the great food.

Been ordering here for awhile now but the past few pizza orders we have placed have been horrible. So this evening 10/22/20 I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 2 dozen wings so when the pizza was delivered we open the pizza and yet again our pizza is not cooked the dough is raw the pepperoni and onions are raw horrible pizza after spending $50 on the meal plus tip. Called them and told them and no one there cared at all !! All i wanted was a refund for the raw pizza that was delivered! Will not be going back here to eat especially when they won’t make it right ! I didn’t order a raw pizza!!! Do your self a favor and skip this joint.

I've ordered this pizza for around 3 years now, but I think I just made my last order. The food is good, it's just the attitude from the person answering the phone (on multiple occasions) that makes me think they would be better off without my business.

Not only are their pizza and wings delicious, their chef salad and anti-pasto salads are supurb and a great value. The sub rolls are the softest around and are delicious plain as a side with the salads.

I have say this is by far the best pizza in Rochester area. Great sauce,crust is the right thickness and just crispy enough,and all the toppings are fresh. 31 miles won't keep me from enjoying one of these.
