went on a Saturday night for a birthday dinner, boy was that a bad choice. First of all we ordered the split crab legs that were on the menu they never split them, sent them back to be split and they came back crushed. Next I had the prime rib 28 oz lump of frozen so called beef, the fat was not even thawed. The potatoes were ice cold, the salad had 1 small piece of rotten tomato in it and the rest was all lettuce. To rap things up the last dinner was a fried cisco shrimp dinner a little overcooked, didn't think you could screw that up but what do I know. This is one group that wont be back

New Years Eve party of 4 ... 3 of us ordered the filet/lobster tail special for $35.95! Worst meal ever!!! Took forever to be served our dinner...steak was cold...baked potato was cold...butter never melted on potato & had to remind waitress to bring sour cream...lobster tail were cold & served without melted butter...it was VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least....would NOT recommend!!!

We have eaten here several times the last few years and the food and service have always been great.The Orange Roughy is great! We will keep them on our list of go to places.

Worst dining experience ever. We waited over an hour and a half only to be served cold food. This used to be a really nice place to eat but apparently they are no longer concerned about things like quality and reputation. We sent a letter of complaint and they never bothered to respond which I think says it all.
