Ordered America burgers twice. We asked our buns not to be steamed as this makes it soggy. Both times the burger was ice cold as if just came out of refrigerator. When said issue was discussed with manager we were told it’s because we don’t get our buns steamed. I’ve had burgers many times on a bun right out of packaging and my burger was still hot!!! We on another occasion ordered a banana split, paid for a banana split and upon getting ready to eat it there was not a piece of banana nor any of the other toppings that come on a banana split. Just vanilla ice cream with some cool whip and a half of a maraschino cherry. Not acceptable
