I came in last night, I was never waited on. Was told to seat myself. No waitress ever came, but 20 min. after sitting down a glass of soda was put in front of me. Okay, so I took a sip, thinking it was a new thing, it was Dr. Pepper. After 20 minutes no one ever came to my table to take my order. There were about 6 other customers in the place, but all the staff looked like they were running around? Never stopped by my table though, so I got up and left. I put a $1.00 on the table for the sip of someone's "DR. Pepper" but will not be back. Have been coming here for a couple of years but heard the service has gone down hill. I heard it was terrible service, could not believe it, but, now I am a believer. I loved your BLT and like the team, but, hoping a TGIF or Applebee's comes sooner than later.

Dry tasteless burger no cheese , turkey wrap- no turkey no bacon. Gator bites, you couldn't tell what it was. The service was terrible.

We were waiting in line with 6 people and the hostess takes a group of about the same size that came in after my group and gave them a table. When this was brought to her attention it was no big deal to her. After finally getting food that was not anything special we commented to our waitress how the service was good and better than the hostess, the hostess came to tell us how rude we were for the comment when it was just the truth! We were actually checking out this restaurant for a possible company party. We would be better off at McDonalds or Taco Bell!!! Don't waste your money

I have had only positive experiences here. The food is always delicious ( i've had . . . gator tail, wings, pizza, nachos, french dip, chicken parm. sandwhich, burgers, potato skins, etc). I have never visited when the service was lacking or the food was bad, I have alway enjoyed my experience. I will say the beer is a little pricey, but the experience is great. You can smoke at the outside bar ( which is covered) and play cornhole, watch the game on flat screens etc. Great place. There is no other spot in town like it if you are looking for a bar and grill.

My third visit. Food still the same. Bad. From burgers to steak, they cant get right. Service is good. Alcohol over priced higher than Miami. $11.50 for a margarita? Really.
