11/17/2008 - Never going back
4 of us ate there recently for lunch (Nov 2008). One of us ordered a giant knish and instead got some pile of corn beef covered in cheese. 3 of us ordered burgers and they were all red inside - not even pink. I took one bite and then realized it was too rare/risky and besides I had ordered the corn beef burger so sent it back to be replaced. I noticed another table sending their burgers back too. The other two guys ate their rare/red burgers w/o complaining, and luckily they didn't get sick from uncooked hamburger meat.
When the knish orderer complained the waiter gave us the lamest excuse ever - that he had written down the order and wasn't mistaken, but he'd either be happy to charge for a giant knish on top of the order OR he'd have to have it brought and it would be docked from his pay. What a lameass guilt trip he tried there.
I asked for some pickles and they came but one of them had some weird red slimy thing on it, so it put me off.
I think the raw hanburger and lame waiter really put me off. On top of that their prices are ridiculous for lunch time. You're much better off getting a lamb+rice deal from a roadside vendor for $5.

Poor services, low quality, over priced. The personnel was very rude (include the manager) I am surprise haw they could exist as a business with that kind of services especially in that area of NY.
