THE FOOD IS AWFUL! WAIT SERVICE IS USELESS! THIS IS AN OVER-PRICED TOURIST TRAP! IN A WORD: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DON'T EAT HERE!!
As my husband so aptly put it as he warned someone who was about to enter: "A Filet O'Fish from McDonald's is several steps up the rung."
The calamari was soggy and the mashed potatoes where not "real" - they were flakes; you would think you would get real potatoes for an entree that cost $18. The waiter disappeared after taking our order and people that ordered after us were up and leaving and we still had not received our food - which was brought by a busboy.
The most disgusting thing I witnessed: A custodian left the bathrooms after mopping with a string mop and then carried that string mop over his shoulder swaying to the breeze through the restaurant where people were eating. GROSS! (It's no wonder they've had dismal health inspections in the recent past.)
BEWARE: If you do wind up eating here, THEY ADD A 35% TIP TO THE BILL!!! (WHAT?? For a party of 3?) DO NOT RE-TIP; in fact, feel free to lower it for the crappy food, filthy and disgusting health code violations and non-existent waiter activity.
MY QUESTION: HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF AWFUL REVIEWS??
